Does AI ever post or message customers without my approval?+

Standard reminders and follow-ups run on templates you approve once. Public posts, mass campaigns, refunds, and anything outside the templates require explicit approval each time.

Who owns the data and the workflows?+

You do. You can export logs, customer records, and workflow configurations anytime. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.

How is access controlled?+

Yes. The system produces clean print-ready summaries and supporting records, so businesses that prefer paper filing or a manual CPA review aren't forced to change their process.

How long until I see results?+
